The trademarks, logos and visuals belonging to the organisers of the listed contests remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their presence on the Site is purely informational and does not imply any commercial relationship or partnership.

5. Limitation of liability

Snottebel is an independent directory that lists contests organised by third parties. We are not the organiser of the listed contests and cannot be held liable for:
- the participation conditions set by the organisers;
- the running of the contests, the draw or the awarding of prizes;
- the accuracy, completeness or availability of information from third-party sites.

All participation in a contest is governed by the conditions and rules of the original organiser.
