1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit a website. It allows the site to remember information (preferences, login session) between visits.

2. Cookies used on Snottebel

We limit the use of cookies to what is strictly necessary. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party behavioural analytics tools (no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, etc.).

3. Strictly necessary cookies (exempt from consent)

These cookies are essential for the Site to function and do not require your consent (art. 129 of the law of 13 June 2005).

• Supabase session cookies (`sb-*-auth-token`, `sb-*-refresh-token`) — Authentication. Duration: session duration + 7 days for refresh.
• Cloudflare Turnstile security cookie — Protection against automated attacks and spam. Duration: session.

4. Preference cookies (consent required)

These cookies improve your experience but are not strictly necessary. They are only set after your acceptance via the consent banner.

• `langue_winall` — Remembers your language choice (FR / NL / EN). Duration: 12 months. Without this cookie, your language will be detected on each visit via your browser's Accept-Language header.
• `winall_cookie_consent` — Records your choice regarding cookies (acceptance or refusal). Duration: 12 months. This cookie is set as soon as you make a choice, so that the banner is no longer displayed.

5. Third-party cookies — Stripe

When you initiate a payment, the Stripe service (our payment processor) sets its own cookies on the payment page. These cookies are necessary for the proper operation and security of the payment (fraud detection). See Stripe's cookie policy: https://stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal.

6. Manage your cookies

• Via the banner: on your first visit, a banner allows you to accept or refuse optional cookies.
• Change your choice: you can reset your choice at any time by deleting the cookie `winall_cookie_consent` from your browser settings. The banner will reappear on your next visit.
• Disable cookies in your browser: all modern browsers allow blocking or deleting cookies (see help for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Note: blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from logging in to the Site.
