1. Seller

The Snottebel Premium service is marketed by [TO BE COMPLETED — First name LAST NAME], sole proprietorship, [TO BE COMPLETED — address], CBE [TO BE COMPLETED], VAT [TO BE COMPLETED or "not VAT registered — small business exemption"], email [TO BE COMPLETED — contact@snottebel.be].

2. Purpose

These Terms of Sale ("ToS") govern the paid "Premium" subscription giving access to the extended features of the Site (full unlock of contests, alerts, advanced filters, statistics, participation tracking).

3. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded online by subscribing on the Premium page. Before confirmation, the member is informed of the essential characteristics of the service, the price, the payment terms and these ToS, which they expressly accept.

4. Price

  • Subscription price: €4.99 per month, all taxes included (where applicable).
  • The price is given in euros (€), incl. tax.
  • No additional fees are charged outside the subscription price.

The seller reserves the right to amend prices; any amendment will apply only to new subscriptions and after reasonable notice for current subscriptions.

5. Payment terms

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland). Accepted payment methods are credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and other methods provided by Stripe. Bank data is never stored on our servers.

6. Activation and duration

Access to the Premium service is activated upon confirmation of payment by Stripe. The subscription is monthly and automatically renews by tacit renewal until cancelled by the member.

7. Right of withdrawal (Art. VI.47 CDE)

As a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a 14-day period to withdraw, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. The period runs from the conclusion of the contract.

Exception — Immediate performance of the service (Art. VI.53, 13° CDE): if you expressly request, when subscribing, immediate performance of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period, by ticking the box provided for this purpose, and you acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided, your right of withdrawal lapses. As long as the service is not fully provided, you may exercise your right of withdrawal pro rata to the service consumed.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us by email at [TO BE COMPLETED — contact@snottebel.be] with your unambiguous request. A model form is available in the annex to the Royal Decree of 16 December 2014.

8. Termination by the member

You may cancel your subscription at any time from My account > Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no pro rata temporis refund is due for the period started, except in specific cases provided for by law.

9. Termination by the seller

We may terminate the subscription in the event of a serious breach (fraudulent use, non-payment, infringement of third-party rights), with prior notice where applicable.

10. Conformity guarantee (Art. 1649bis Civil Code)

The service must comply with the description and the features advertised. In case of non-conformity, contact us by email to find a solution (correction, restoration of conformity, termination of contract).

11. Complaints

Any complaint may be sent by email to [TO BE COMPLETED — contact@snottebel.be]. We undertake to acknowledge receipt within 5 working days and to provide a reasoned response within 30 days.

12. Extrajudicial dispute resolution
